Distribution: T. indivisa is common along the entire Norwegian coast. It prefers hard substrate and can be found on any diveable depth (registered down to 100 meters).
Characteristics: It may very well be confused with T. indivisa. The main difference is that the stems of T. larynx are branched the stems of T. indivisa are not, though separate individuals may settle on the stems of others. The colonies are usually no more than 6 cm high.
